AG-Supervisor, Distribution

Location: Santa Fe Springs, California, United States; onsite at the Dice Road filling industrial facility

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate dispatchers, drivers, field service personnel, and truck maintenance activities.
• Lead a team of Class A and Class B licensed personnel and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Coordinate compliance procedures with the regional safety officer for OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, and state and local regulations.
• Create, implement, and revise standard operating practices.
• Oversee truck and forklift maintenance, driver files, and maintenance records.
• Investigate accidents and injuries, represent the company regarding traffic violations, and ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

• Knowledge of compressed gases, welding, gases, and the safety supply industry.
• Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and compliance requirements.
• Experience with cylinder tracking, inventory management, and cylinder management software.
• Understanding of SAP inventory management and knowledge of hirify.global part numbers and new part number generation.
• Computer skills with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets, plus knowledge of Zonar.
• CDL preferred.
