Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Supervise material movement, receiving, loading, unloading, transport, stacking, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Hire and train warehouse staff, communicate expectations, and implement company policies and procedures.
• Create schedules and assign work to maintain an efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor.
• Optimize warehouse organization and space utilization, including product sorting, staging, labeling, and bin placement.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and daily checks, and review and approve hours worked.
• Oversee forklift safety inspections, damaged-material salvage, non-conforming product logs, and returned goods.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of warehouse or storeroom supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours.
• Ability to work in seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
