Senior Program Manager, MCU

What you will do

• Lead MCU semiconductor programs from product definition through engineering development, validation, production readiness, and mass production launch.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate silicon, firmware, software, validation, marketing, operations, and business teams across regions.
• Provide stakeholder updates on schedule status, risks, financial assumptions, required decisions, and recovery actions.
• Lead development reviews and decision checkpoints to maintain execution discipline and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex semiconductor, MCU, or embedded systems development programs.
• Experience coordinating hardware, firmware, software, validation, product, and operations teams.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop program financial information, including development costs, cost of goods sold, return on investment, and business case inputs.
• Proficiency in program scheduling, milestone tracking, risk management, executive communication, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira.
• Business-level English and Japanese required.
