Program Production Supervisor (Security Clearance)

What you will do

• Supervise daily production activities and personnel supporting the Unusual Machines Program.
• Assign work, set priorities, monitor productivity, and track production schedules and metrics.
• Coordinate kitting, material staging, assembly, work-in-process, and material availability with inventory personnel.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality requirements, safety practices, and customer or contractual requirements.
• Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, and factory operations to resolve shortages, nonconformances, rework, and schedule risks.
• Coach production employees and support training, onboarding, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, material handling, or a related environment.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, production documentation, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, time-management, communication, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience, including experience supervising production teams.
• Experience with complex or low-volume/high-mix manufacturing, aerospace, defense, simulation, robotics, or technical manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Lean Manufacturing, inventory control, kitting, assembly, integration, or testing.
