TL;DR
Systems Engineer II (Cloud and Infrastructure): Managing and securing client IT infrastructure while designing service-oriented and solution architectures, ETL processes, APIs, and deployment pipelines with an accent on cloud platforms, systems administration, networking, and information security. Focus on hardening systems, implementing load balancing and CI/CD, managing vulnerabilities, and debugging complex applications across Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments.
Location: United States indicated by the country-wide team structure and US employment benefits.

What you will do
- Design and implement service-oriented and solution architectures for applications.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes, RESTful and SOAP APIs, and microservices.
- Manage client infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems.
- Secure and harden cloud environments using AWS, Azure, VMware, and Kubernetes.
- Implement load balancing and CI/CD practices with tools such as Jenkins and Git.
- Lead complex debugging, vulnerability assessments, and cross-functional architecture improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with service-oriented architecture, solution architecture, ETL, and IT infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Pegasystems, SQL databases, NoSQL databases, and SQL programming.
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, CSS, T-SQL, C++, Bash, and .NET.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, plus understanding of Kubernetes and VMware ESXi.
- Knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, system design, SDLC, and system architecture frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills focused on threat intelligence, vulnerability management, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
