Senior In-Process Inspector (High Voltage)

Location: US - NY - Hauppauge; onsite

What you will do

• Perform advanced inspections using measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
• Verify in-process and final product conformance for high-voltage assemblies and test setups.
• Lead First Article Inspections and document results according to AS9102 or equivalent standards.
• Document nonconformities, prepare inspection reports, and maintain quality records.
• Support calibration and equipment verification, quality audits, ERP transactions, and production-process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and train Inspectors I–II on inspection methods, test procedures, and safety practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of inspection experience.
• Advanced inspection tools and measurement equipment experience.
• Advanced understanding of schematics, wiring practices, insulation systems, and clearance and creepage requirements.
• Current IPC-A-610 and IPC-WHMA-A-620 certifications.
• Ability to read drawings and work instructions and assess products against specifications.

Nice to have

• ASQ Certified Quality Inspector certification or equivalent.
