Material Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco; onsite

What you will do

• Receive, analyze, and confirm customer sales orders.
• Purchase goods, materials, components, and services in line with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage raw material orders, inventory levels, yearly inventory plans, and aged inventory.
• Prepare purchase orders, order schedules, and production schedules across yearly, monthly, and weekly horizons.
• Maintain MRP data and parameters to ensure accurate planning output.
• Coordinate supply chain activities for new project introductions and continuously revise procedures and work instructions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least four years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills, with MS Office required.
• Relevant experience with ERP systems.
• Critical thinking, negotiation, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft AX.
• Experience researching, evaluating, and reviewing suppliers for contract compliance.
