Vice President | Enterprise Technology Experience

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid work with three days per week in the St. Petersburg corporate office

What you will do

• Own the Enterprise Technology experience measurement system, including instrument design, fielding cadence, segmentation, published actions, and the enterprise scorecard.
• Establish the single front door for technology demand, define triage service levels, and maintain visible request status for business partners.
• Influence and prioritize the technology initiative portfolio, including run-versus-change classification and discretionary planning cycles.
• Run bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reviews with outcome-based agendas, documented decisions, and tracked actions.
• Design and govern internal developer platforms, golden paths, CI/CD pipelines, target architecture, and engineering productivity measurement.
• Maintain integrated visibility into estate health, technical debt, vendor performance, audit commitments, business continuity, disaster recovery, and financial planning.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of general experience, including 10–15 years of management experience or relevant leadership experience.
• Financial services experience is required.
• Experience operating enterprise technology processes without direct line authority, including demand intake, portfolio management, executive-cadence facilitation, and scorecard reporting.
• Experience with measured technical or internal-service experience programs, IT financial mechanics, discretionary prioritization, unit-cost reporting, and variance reporting.
• Senior expertise in internal developer platforms such as Backstage, golden paths, CI/CD, automated dependency upgrades, DevSecOps controls, SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets management, SBOM, supply-chain provenance, policy-as-code, and DORA metrics.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with engineers, Finance, HR, audit, risk, and senior management; this is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing a technology business-operations, experience, or PMO function.
• Service-management or workplace-technology experience.
• TOGAF or equivalent certification.
