What you will do

  • Analyze existing maintenance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement Standard Work procedures for maintenance activities.
  • Create Autonomous Maintenance sheets for production line operators.
  • Map maintenance activities and define optimal operational sequences.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to implement new procedures.
  • Support personnel training and monitor procedure effectiveness, proposing corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Ongoing or recently completed degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and maintenance manuals.
  • Interest in maintenance management systems.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, and Reliability Centered Maintenance principles.
