Specialist Technician Maintenance (Automotive)

What you will do

• Track maintenance schedules and maintain production equipment, facility equipment, tools, and utilities.
• Ensure technical availability and reduce downtime through preventive, predictive, and unplanned maintenance.
• Monitor maintenance plans, activity performance, repair reports, and equipment re-qualification.
• Support spare-parts planning and stock optimization for production and facility equipment.
• Maintain utilities including cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, and lighting, as well as firefighting and security camera systems.
• Maintain machine and system software functionality and debug issues in coordination with IT when required.

Requirements

• BTS in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in production.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics, and automation.
• Analytical mindset, thoroughness, prioritization skills, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate closely with production and external maintenance suppliers.
