Technician I (Electrical Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Marsa, Malta

Salary: €24,000 minimum annually, with potential for higher pay based on skills, expertise, and experience; benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentives may also apply.

What you will do

• Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance on assigned production equipment.
• Support the Engineering team with installation and validation of new processes, process improvements, MIPs, SNCs, and NPDs.
• Develop, install, oversee, and provide guidance on manufacturing equipment.
• Provide engineering support to selected manufacturing areas and optimize system performance.
• Operate and maintain production machinery while ensuring accurate manufacturing procedures.
• Coordinate with manufacturing functions and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fully qualified at MQF Level 4 in an electrical qualification.
• Proven experience as a production technician or in a similar role.
• Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Technical ability to read blueprints, manuals, and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Good physical condition and stamina, with an understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
