Analyst I - Wet Chemistry

Location: Fairfield, New Jersey, United States; full-time, on-site laboratory role.

Compensation: USD 23–25 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct routine analytical studies, including sample preparation, extraction, and digestion, following official methods, SOPs, and laboratory protocols.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Assist with reports covering client sample tests, correlation tests, calibration, validation, and other laboratory projects.
• Support analytical method development, SOP preparation, method transfer, and validation studies.
• Investigate client inquiries and prepare responses while maintaining technical information and laboratory notebooks.
• Follow internal standards, safety requirements, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related science discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry laboratories.
• Experience with wet chemistry techniques, including particle size analysis, XRD analysis, ICP analysis, and titration assays.
