Supervisor, Data Integration and Migration (Salesforce/MuleSoft/Informatica)

Salary: $95,400–$192,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise data integration and migration engagements across ERP, CRM, HCM, and other business applications.
• Oversee extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover planning.
• Supervise and mentor data integration and migration professionals, providing technical guidance and delivery oversight.
• Define scope, dependencies, timelines, delivery approaches, and integration requirements with business, data, technical, and project stakeholders.
• Design and implement cloud, hybrid, and iPaaS integration solutions with architects and engineers.
• Manage resources, risks, issues, stakeholder communication, pre-sales contributions, and reusable delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise data integration and migration.
• Experience leading migration or integration workstreams for complex implementations, upgrades, or system consolidations.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, integration architectures, data quality, security, scalability, and performance.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, enterprise integration tools, DevOps practices, version control, and structured delivery methodologies.
• Proven team or workstream leadership and strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• ERP implementations, M&A integrations, carve-outs, or system rationalization experience.
• Experience with Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, REST APIs, OData, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid data architectures, reconciliation, financial balancing, and audit support.
• Consulting or client-facing experience, executive communication skills, and relevant technical or cloud certifications.
