Installer

Location: Richmond, Virginia, USA; on-site installation work at customer locations

Salary: $20–$25+ per hour, based on experience

hirify.global designs and installs custom residential storage and organizational solutions, including walk-in closets, entertainment centers, pantries, and home offices.

What you will do

• Install custom storage systems and accessories in residential and commercial spaces.
• Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work on closets, cabinets, offices, and other custom-built spaces.
• Use company-provided CAD drawings and blueprints to assemble and install systems efficiently.
• Remove and install materials at customer homes and provide a high level of in-home customer service.
• Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety standards, and operate company-provided vehicles safely.
• Work independently or with installation teams depending on project size.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using common hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, climb stairs, kneel, crouch, grasp, and balance.

Nice to have

• Trade or vocational school experience.
• Cabinetry or carpentry skills.
