Construction Project Manager-New York

Location: New York, NY; full-time onsite role

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage scope, critical tasks, schedules, and processes for small-to-mid-sized construction projects.
• Partner with project managers, field teams, clients, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive process compliance, accountability, and consistency with established best practices.
• Track and communicate key project metrics and results to regional leaders.
• Apply technical expertise to mitigate losses, forecast challenges, and protect project profitability.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain alignment across changing project requirements.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management or related experience.
• Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business.
• Required curtainwall, glass, and glazing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, time-management, and change-management skills.
• Professional integrity, accountability, customer focus, and attention to detail.
