Associate / Senior Associate, Investments, Infrastructure AI

What you will do

• Build and oversee detailed financial models and return analyses for AI infrastructure investments, including data centers, compute hardware, power, and connectivity.
• Lead or support financial, operational, legal, and tax due diligence processes.
• Prepare investment committee materials, bid letters, and transaction documentation.
• Source investment opportunities, conduct market research, and develop transaction structures and value creation strategies.
• Collaborate with operating, legal, tax, and structuring teams on transaction execution and post-investment asset management.
• Help refine investment theses and contribute to fund strategy, special projects, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced financial modeling and investment analysis skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in investment banking, restructuring, TMT, infrastructure investments, private equity, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, shifting priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in AI investment strategies and relevant experience in AI or infrastructure considered an asset.
