Sr Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in the Toronto, Canada office; minimum 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Develop detailed financial models and analyses for client incentive contract offers, including hirify.global P&L, projected cash flow, and amortization schedules.
• Manage deals through Finance offer approval and execution, coordinating internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve issues involving incentive structures, contract language, and negotiations.
• Partner with Sales and Legal on contract structures, terms, and consistency between approved financial terms and contract language.
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and reports for management and other stakeholders.
• Support training for junior team members and account executives on deal processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree; PhD candidates may qualify with no required experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data research, and data manipulation skills.
• Experience in investment, valuation, or transactional analysis.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and develop win-win solutions during contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.

Nice to have

• Six or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or four or more years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in financial services or payments.
• Financial transaction analysis, contract negotiation, or pricing negotiation experience.
