Institutional Account Associate – Client Management & Analytics (Toronto)

What you will do

• Support institutional client relationship teams by analyzing market trends, economic developments, portfolio positioning, characteristics, and performance.
• Create customized client reports, presentations, briefing materials, and client-facing content.
• Build scalable reporting resources, analytical tools, dashboards, and business-intelligence processes for the Canadian Institutional team.
• Identify client trends, business opportunities, workflow improvements, and operational-efficiency initiatives.
• Implement and refine AI-enabled tools for meeting preparation, content generation, client intelligence, reporting automation, and productivity improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional technology projects, document processes, support change management, and assist with training and user enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or minor in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Knowledge of and interest in financial markets, fixed income, and portfolio management techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, and coding or querying languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience writing, owning, and debugging code, collaborating through GitHub, and using AI tools in development workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and follow-through skills.
