Real Estate Finance Associate | Debt Advisory (Commercial Real Estate)

What you will do

• Support underwriting and execution of commercial real estate debt transactions across Alberta.
• Build financial models, cash flow analyses, and lender credit summaries.
• Prepare financing proposals and client-facing materials.
• Maintain lender databases, track mandates, monitor Alberta capital markets, and manage CRM activity.
• Participate in business development through client outreach, lender prospecting, and pipeline development.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Previous internship experience in a similar role.
• RECA licensed or committed to completing licensing within three months of the start date.
• Ability to independently build and navigate financial models in Excel.
• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities with limited supervision.
• Must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis; work visa sponsorship is not available.
