Senior Consultant - Healthy Planet Analyst - Remote

What you will do

• Provide consulting services on Epic-related projects in an analyst, project management, project leadership, or training capacity.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds and troubleshoot system problems.
• Analyze and document workflows, risks, and project issues.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system-build strategy.
• Work with project leadership and Epic end users through documentation, meetings, workflow monitoring, and optimization suggestions.
• Lead project-status meetings and coordinate ongoing work products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Epic experience.
• At least one current Epic certification is required, including Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, or Cheers.
• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, adaptability, and professional judgment.
• Ability to work with different client teams, follow workplace rules, and adapt to changing project assignments.
• Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.

Nice to have

• Experience with Connect or optimization projects.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership roles.
