Backend Engineer (AI Integrations)

hirify.global develops a cloud-native Identity Security Platform for governing human and machine identities across cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, traditional systems, and AI platforms.

What you will do

• Build integrations that extend identity discovery and governance to third-party AI platforms.
• Extend the existing Microsoft integration to Salesforce Agentforce and other platforms.
• Retrieve native identity signals from platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Entra and pass them to the identity layer.
• Govern AI agents through provider APIs and attestation when direct enforcement is not possible.
• Improve the shared discovery platform and expand coverage to AWS and Google Cloud.
• Reuse shared identity and policy building blocks across integrations.

Requirements

• Typically 8 or more years of experience building production backend systems with significant third-party API integration.
• Hands-on experience with connector or adapter patterns, OAuth, token exchange, webhooks, or event-based ingestion.
• Familiarity with at least one major AI or cloud ecosystem: Microsoft, AWS, or Salesforce.
• Strong skills in a modern backend language such as C#, Go, Java, or Python.
• Ability to solve complex integration problems and select sound approaches with limited direction.

Nice to have

• Experience building SaaS integrations or security integration products such as CASB or SSPM.
• Familiarity with Copilot, Agentforce, or Bedrock AgentCore.
• Background in security or identity.
