Software Development Intern (Automation and AI Enablement)

Location: On-site in Guadalajara, Mexico

hirify.global's Data Center Customer Engineering and Engineering team provides technical support, training, tools, debugging, and documentation for data center customers throughout product development and market launch.

What you will do

• Develop software solutions that automate repetitive tasks and internal workflows.
• Automate workflows for database maintenance and documentation generation.
• Support internal AI adoption initiatives and agentic AI tools and processes.
• Write and maintain clear documentation for processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with senior executives, stakeholders, engineers, and customers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems Engineering, or a related technical field, with at least one year remaining as an active student.
• At least 6 months of experience with Python and Git.
• At least 6 months of experience with REST APIs, database management, and SQL.
• At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft Power Automate and GitHub Copilot solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico; visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
