Bathroom Remodeling Apprentice (Acrylic Bath Installation)

Location: Hybrid in Hauppauge, New York, United States. Training is conducted at the New Castle, Delaware office, with transportation, hotel fees, and food per diem covered.

Pay: Starting at $22 per hour, plus performance bonuses and overtime opportunities.

What you will do

• Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects focused on acrylic bath and shower systems.
• Safely remove existing tubs, showers, and surrounding materials while protecting customers' homes.
• Measure, cut, and install acrylic wall systems, tubs, shower bases, trim, and accessories under supervision.
• Load, transport, and maintain tools, materials, equipment, vehicles, and organized job sites.
• Perform basic plumbing adjustments, carpentry, and finishing work as directed by the lead installer.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and complete projects according to installation and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong desire to learn bathroom remodeling and construction; no prior experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work when required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or construction.
