Machine Operator – Eclipse 2 (Swing Shift)

Location: Stockton, CA, United States; full-time onsite swing shift from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $19.50 per hour, plus a $1.50-per-hour swing-shift differential.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on assigned machinery.
• Inspect machined products using precision measuring tools and production blueprints.
• Maintain accurate production records, activity logs, data entry, and labor scans in SAP, Kronos, and internal systems.
• Operate a forklift or combi-lift to retrieve materials and support production flow.
• Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards while prioritizing quality and safety.

Requirements

• Six months of manufacturing experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Basic knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, and production techniques.
• Ability to read production drawings, diagrams, work orders, and a tape measure to within 1/32 inch.
• Ability to monitor machine gauges and indicators, conduct accurate quality inspections, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to operate a computer, ERP systems, and basic applications such as Word and Outlook.
• Ability to stand for approximately 8–12 hours, perform repetitive twisting and bending, and lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• hirify.global Powered Industrial Truck or combi-lift certification; certification can be provided at hire.
