Compensation: $180K–$310K annually

What you will do

• Own the data science strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and AI/ML transformation initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing data science organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management across analytics, modeling, and ML engineering.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and define analytical and modeling projects.
• Drive data science initiatives from problem definition and experimentation through production deployment, measurement, monitoring, and iteration.
• Establish best practices, tooling, and infrastructure to improve time-to-insight and model velocity.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executives, product managers, and other non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning, including 3–4 years leading or managing a data science team.
• Experience defining and executing data science strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Deep technical fluency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and programming with Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience building and deploying production models and understanding the full ML lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining strong technical talent.
