Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid work with three days per week in the office

What you will do
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of data scientists.
- Lead research projects covering project design, data collection, analysis, findings, and recommendations.
- Develop and apply advanced statistical algorithms and machine learning models to business metrics and operational challenges.
- Translate business issues into quantitative questions and provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
- Present complex analytical findings and implications to senior leadership.
- Prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure analytical products address business needs.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in modeling and 3–5 years of management or leadership experience.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field; a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative analysis, experimental design, large datasets, data warehouses, and statistical methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, R, or SAS; advanced skills in Python, SAS, SQL, R, JMP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot in daily work.
- Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows and conducting AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
