Operations Manager (Fintech)

Digital Disbursements is a fintech and digital payments company operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of hirify.global.

What you will do

• Coordinate client requests across a 10-member operations team.
• Help design and implement a next-generation knowledge and communication center.
• Support Salesforce integration with the company portal and improve internal platform utilization.
• Implement policies and strategies that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Refine operational processes and policies while working directly with the Director of Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, operations, process improvement, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business with 7–10 years of operations, process improvement, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships, collaborate effectively, identify problems, define solutions, and drive execution.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Nice to have

• Banking, fintech, or payments experience.
• Salesforce experience or knowledge.
