Enterprise Platforms Business Analyst (SAP BTP)

What you will do

• Lead integration discovery sessions and define functional and non-functional requirements for SAP BTP and Azure-based solutions.
• Own Integration Hub intake and discovery documentation, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Document source-to-target data mappings, interface specifications, business rules, transformation logic, APIs, events, payloads, file formats, and messaging requirements.
• Coordinate system integration testing and support product owners and business stakeholders with user acceptance testing readiness and execution.
• Ensure integration designs and documentation follow security, privacy, compliance, governance, naming, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Facilitate collaboration among business stakeholders, architects, engineers, data owners, security teams, and external implementation partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years of progressive Business Analyst experience focused on system and data integrations.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, including SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and actionable backlog items.
• Strong understanding of integration lifecycles, data mapping, interface documentation, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Azure DevOps, plus strong stakeholder management, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with an Integration Hub, Integration Center of Excellence, or similar enterprise integration organization.
• Familiarity with APIs, event-driven architectures, Logic Apps, messaging platforms, data transformation, and cloud-native integration architectures.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP Integration Suite, or related SAP solutions.
• Exposure to data governance, compliance, privacy, regulated data environments, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Business Analysis, Agile, SAP, Azure, or integration technology certifications.
