VP, AI (Agentic Platforms & Transformation)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $240,000–$290,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus and benefits

hirify.global is building an applied AI function to transform enterprise workflows through agentic systems, workflow redesign, and intelligent data integration.

What you will do

• Lead the evaluation and adoption strategy for AI platforms such as Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Design and scale multi-step agent-driven workflows that automate and augment core business processes.
• Define integration patterns for SaaS platforms, databases, APIs, connectors, BigQuery, and MCP.
• Drive AI initiatives from proof of concept through production and sustained usage.
• Establish success metrics covering adoption, efficiency gains, decision velocity, productivity, cost, and revenue impact.
• Build and lead a team of AI engineers and integration specialists while partnering with infrastructure, architecture, TPM, and engineering leaders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across AI, engineering, data, or technical product leadership.
• Proven experience deploying AI-driven systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLM and agent architectures, including RAG, tool use, orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with API-driven integrations and architecture tradeoffs across AI platforms.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable architectures and production-grade AI solutions.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and executive-level stakeholder influence.
