Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering (Microsoft 365)

Salary: USD 173,000–205,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and operational performance of endpoint management, identity, collaboration, enterprise storage, workplace technology, and productivity platforms.
• Lead the evolution of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related collaboration services.
• Drive identity and access management through Microsoft Entra, authentication services, lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Establish standards for endpoint management, device lifecycle, application delivery, compliance, and endpoint security across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Lead workplace technology services, including conference room technology, corporate AV, and collaboration experiences across global offices.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team while supporting AI productivity adoption and governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise systems, workplace technology, or infrastructure platforms.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams with responsibility for platform strategy, service delivery, and operational outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, modern endpoint management, and device lifecycle services.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance, authentication, and access management.
• Experience managing enterprise content, collaboration, storage, workplace technology, and AI-powered productivity platforms at scale.
