Integrated Supervisor, Business Solutions (Marketing)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate client goals into strategic media solutions and guide consistent plan development and implementation.
• Lead research initiatives and use consumer insights to support strategic planning and media briefs.
• Develop strategic and tactical recommendations, client presentations, and campaign wrap-up reports.
• Monitor media trends and identify opportunities across existing and emerging communication channels.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and support the career development of junior team members.
• Manage client calls, statuses, deliverables, campaign execution, and relationships with internal teams and industry partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and managing media account projects.
• Experience working across multiple media channels and applying marketing principles, analytics, and related concepts.
• Strong writing, presentation, communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Previous client-facing and leadership experience, including mentoring and managing a small team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as media research and reporting resources.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and client requests while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
