Marketing Solutions Manager

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage marketing projects and initiatives supporting new business pursuits, organic growth, client communications, and operational needs.
• Coordinate resources for solutions proposals, presentations, account communications, client reports, and related marketing deliverables.
• Maintain the project management pipeline and assign incoming operations support requests through completion.
• Collaborate with account communications, design, digital, corporate departments, field teams, and sales teams to develop and update solutions collateral.
• Prepare presentation reviews and dry runs, and support client-facing transition reviews and case studies.
• Report project completion and progress to department and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in proposal management, marketing communications, business development support, project management, client services, or related fields.
• Knowledge of proposal development, marketing communications, project management, client-facing presentations, business operations, and client reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels and carry out supervisory responsibilities, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
