Engineering Aide - Electrical Design (Power Electronics)

What you will do

• Support Design Engineers in developing new power supply products and maintaining existing products.
• Perform product evaluations, qualifications, and testing.
• Generate test reports and documentation packages for new products.
• Work under Engineer supervision on complex and specialized electrical design tasks.
• Interface with internal organizations to resolve product-related issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of position-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog or power electronics circuits.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, electronic loads, and power supplies.
• Understanding of schematics, PCB layouts, circuit simulation, assembly drawings, and test specifications.
• Knowledge of component types and ratings, voltage, power and current relationships, op-amp theory, and transistor operation.
• Strong soldering, circuit prototyping, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Basic programming or scripting experience.
