Sr. Sourcing Analyst

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; this role is based in Toronto and does not require travel

Salary range: CAD 85,000–100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and support RFx events from requirements gathering through contract execution.
• Develop category analyses, sourcing strategies, commercial models, and supplier benchmarks.
• Analyze spend, total cost of ownership, budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning inputs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, and contract structures with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and contract lifecycles, KPI and expiration dashboards, documentation, audit trails, and policy compliance.
• Advise stakeholders on sourcing strategies and identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve sourcing processes and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum three-year degree or diploma in Business Management or a related discipline, or 5–8 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Technology Sourcing, or Vendor/Contract Management.
• Ability to lead RFx and contract management activities through a structured, well-documented approach.
• Ability to independently analyze, negotiate, and communicate vendor proposals and contract terms with business stakeholders.
• Effective listening, comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation.
• Working knowledge of Facilities, Office Services, Telecom (Wireless and Wireline), or End User Technology sourcing categories.
• Working knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
