Sr. Sourcing Analyst

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; full-time onsite role with no travel required

Salary: CAD 85,000–100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and support RFx events from requirements gathering through contract execution.
• Develop category analyses, sourcing strategies, commercial models, and supplier benchmarks.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, and contract structures with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Analyze spend and total cost of ownership to identify consolidation, demand management, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Manage vendor and contract lifecycle activities, including KPI and contract expiration dashboards.
• Improve sourcing processes, tools, documentation, audit trails, and governance.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business Management or a related discipline, or 5–8 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, technology sourcing, or vendor and contract management.
• Ability to independently analyze, negotiate, and communicate vendor proposals and contract terms.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, listening, comprehension, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead RFx and contract management activities using a structured, well-documented approach.
• Working knowledge of facilities, office services, telecommunications, or end-user technology sourcing is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) or Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation.
• Working knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management.
