Senior Director, Procurement & Sourcing

Location: Remote | USA, Canada

Salary: $207,000–$267,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead sourcing for technology, software, professional services, enterprise systems, SaaS, infrastructure, and indirect spend categories.
• Manage key supplier relationships, including pricing, performance, compliance, supplier lifecycle management, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations to optimize spend across regions.
• Establish category management frameworks and KPIs for cost, quality, and delivery, and oversee global RFPs, contract negotiations, and renewals.
• Drive procurement governance, supplier diversity, ESG sourcing goals, regional best practices, and development of the sourcing team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing global or multi-region procurement, ideally with exposure to European markets.
• Strong IT and software procurement experience covering SaaS, enterprise systems, licensing, and managed services.
• Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and supplier performance management.
• Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven, or global enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered.
