Senior Integration and Oversight Consultant (Environmental Management)

Location: Richland, Washington, United States; work is predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, with some remote support as approved

What you will do

• Lead senior engineers in developing a Process Control Strategy for integrated Direct Feed High-Level Waste facilities.
• Oversee contractor performance and system design review programs.
• Support assessments of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction progress.
• Develop enterprise dashboards linking cost, schedule, and risk data.
• Provide portfolio governance, KPI design, stakeholder alignment, leadership forums, briefings, and program management support.
• Guide the integration and transition of contractor activities in the Hanford nuclear cleanup program while supporting safe and compliant operations.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategy or portfolio operations.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience with portfolio analytics, KPI design, facilitation, and business intelligence tools.
• Systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, adaptability, leadership, communication, judgment, and strong organization skills.
• Proficiency with business tools including Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred for the role.
• Facility Clearance is required for hirify.global team members; a DOE Clearance may be required based on the assigned work.

Nice to have

• DOE or Environmental Management sector experience.
• MBA, MPA, or relevant certifications.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
