Surety Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: Ontario, California, United States; on-site presence required

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and update client financial records, bond files, and agency management system data.
• Review contracts and bond forms, extract relevant information, and prepare accurate bid, final, subdivision, license, and miscellaneous bonds.
• Track surety requests and keep clients updated on their status.
• Process final close-outs for premium audits and manage routine and follow-up correspondence.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, client staff, client advisors, and surety company underwriters.
• Provide administrative support, including telephone coverage, mail handling, overnight packages, receipts, and file maintenance.

Requirements

• Prior experience with surety bonds is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Applied EPIC.
• California Property & Casualty license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
