Non-Chemist/Chemist with background in HPLC or GC (Data Validator)

What you will do

• Process analytical data from food-matrix samples tested in a chemical laboratory.
• Validate, calculate, integrate, and report laboratory results.
• Perform quality control checks, LIMS entries, and related data management activities.
• Monitor turnaround times and promptly escalate delays or operational issues.
• Apply ISO 17025, country certification, and SGS laboratory quality standards.
• Report quality inconsistencies, performance issues, and additional training needs to relevant managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree; Chemistry is strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience working with chromatography instruments, including LC or GC.
• Demonstrated commitment to data quality, operational excellence, and work integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong MS Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to identify discrepancies, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse work environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mass spectrophotometry.
• Experience testing food-matrix samples; environmental testing experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Chromalion, MassHunter, MultiQuant, or Analyst software platforms.
