Quality Performance Engineer

Location: Strongsville, Ohio, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute performance tests covering system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Define performance testing requirements and objectives with stakeholders.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Optimize application code, configurations, and infrastructure with development and operations teams.
• Manage performance testing tools and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Integrate performance testing into development and Agile release cycles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter, Azure Load Testing, Dynatrace, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of response time, throughput, latency, and other performance metrics.
• Programming or scripting experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of web servers, databases, network infrastructure, and system architecture.
• Strong analytical, reporting, collaboration, and Agile methodology skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
