Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition

Location: Eagle – D.F. Del. Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico; hybrid with at least two days per week in the assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Partner independently with business leaders to understand workforce needs, define hiring priorities, and deliver talent outcomes.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, from intake through offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies using market research, talent mapping, Boolean search, and targeted outreach.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on hiring strategy, candidate evaluation, market positioning, and decisions.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to assess pipeline health, identify risks, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Maintain a consistent candidate and stakeholder experience while championing inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including complex and business-critical searches.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and developing expertise in specific talent segments or niche hiring areas.
• Advanced passive sourcing skills, including market mapping, Boolean search design, talent intelligence, and outreach.
• Experience advising and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, dashboards, and recruiting metrics.
• Advanced English proficiency equivalent to C1 or higher is required.
