Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of open Operations roles and drive the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle globally.
• Partner with hiring managers, leaders, and People Partners to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Source, attract, assess, and engage talent across diverse functions and markets.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Use data, insights, and market intelligence to influence talent decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Support regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives while championing diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition within an international or complex global organization.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to support hiring decisions.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of Talent Acquisition as a strategic function.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related environments.
• Experience using recruitment analytics and market intelligence tools.
