Specialist HR Recruiting (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Deliver recruiting services at site and country level and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and executive search.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assessments, and coordinate the interview process.
• Manage reference checks, employment verifications, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, analyze hiring data, and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of executive search, job analysis, recruitment metrics, and talent attraction strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
• Advanced English at C1 level with strong communication skills.
