Clinical Specialist Interventional Technology (Vascular Closure) - South Europe (Vascular Closure)

Location: Remote in Italy; regular domestic travel of 25–50% is expected.

Annual salary: €43,900–€73,100, including base salary and sales incentive target where applicable.

What you will do

• Provide clinical case coverage and support positive clinical outcomes for patients.
• Work with sales management and hospital customers to identify clinical needs and recommend feasible product-based solutions.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for troubleshooting, procedural support, and in-service education.
• Explain product, therapy, and technology developments and connect clinical data to key product messaging.
• Coordinate local education and training programs for hospital staff, including setup, facilitation, and procedural troubleshooting.
• Maintain customer, account, competitive, inventory, and activity information for collaboration with the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science.
• At least 5 years of directly related experience in hospitals or the medical device industry.
• Experience with products used in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular care, or cardiac surgery.
• Fluent Italian, spoken and written, is required.
• Good working proficiency in English, spoken and written, is required.
• Strong clinical orientation, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.

Nice to have

• Medical training as a Cath Lab Nurse, RT, RCIS, surgical technologist, RN, NP, or first assistant.
• Experience in the cardiovascular space with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, or clinical staff.
• Previous experience with vessel closure and clinical education or staff training.
