Clinical Solutions Manager (Molecular Diagnostics)

Location: Remote in Spain; based in the Madrid/Iberia commercial organization. The role requires travel of up to 80% and a valid driver's license.

What you will do

• Provide field-based technical and scientific support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Build relationships with clinicians and stakeholders in infection control, preventive medicine, infectious diseases, emergency departments, and related functions.
• Support customer evaluations, instrument and assay implementation, ramp-up, and successful go-live.
• Provide technical direction and troubleshooting for instrument operation, assay implementation, on-label evaluation, connectivity, LIS integration, and clinical workflows.
• Deliver customer training, product demonstrations, scientific presentations, and data analyses.
• Support sales strategy, key-account implementations, lead generation, revenue objectives, and customer adoption.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Infectious Diseases.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Spanish healthcare market, especially point-of-care settings.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge of molecular diagnostics and laboratory workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver impactful training.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Availability to travel up to 80% and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record are required.
