Salary: $70,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and analyze structures for residential, commercial, institutional, new construction, renovation, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation projects.
• Work with steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and archaic building systems.
• Assist with the preparation of structural drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site investigations and document existing building conditions.
• Coordinate project work with internal staff and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience executing residential, commercial, or institutional building projects as a Structural Engineer.
• Proficiency with computer analysis software such as RISA, SAP, or RAM.
• Working knowledge of REVIT.
• P.E. license preferred; S.E. license is an asset.
• Client focus, integrity, innovation, and demonstrated collaboration in diverse and inclusive teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in historic building preservation.
• S.E. license.
