SP3D Admin (Oil & Gas) (SmartPlant 3D): Administering and supporting SP3D software for oil and gas EPC projects with an accent on system configuration, customization, user access, licensing, and engineering data management. Focus on developing project-specific catalogs and specifications, integrating engineering software, maintaining data integrity and backups, and solving workflow issues with IT, piping, and engineering teams.

Location: Abu Dhabi Bus Station Overpass, Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onsite, full-time

What you will do

  • Install, configure, maintain, and customize SmartPlant 3D for oil and gas engineering projects.
  • Provide technical support for engineering teams using SP3D.
  • Administer user access, software licensing, databases, backups, and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific catalogs, specifications, and reference data.
  • Coordinate with IT, piping, and engineering teams to optimize SP3D workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an SP3D Administrator on oil and gas or EPC projects.
  • Expertise in SP3D setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases, SmartPlant tools, and 3D modeling.
  • Experience integrating SP3D with other engineering software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
