Focus on integrating laser scans and engineering data, resolving design conflicts, supporting construction and commissioning, and maintaining model integrity across the project lifecycle.
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; the role will relocate to the Spain office and then return to Abu Dhabi

What you will do
- Administer project 3D modeling platforms, databases, workflows, standards, and user access.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models across process, mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
- Integrate engineering data, laser scans, and brownfield facility information into project models.
- Lead model reviews, clash detection, design conflict resolution, constructability reviews, and change updates.
- Perform model audits, quality checks, maturity tracking, reporting, and compliance validation.
- Support construction, commissioning, digital handover, asset information management, training, and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Design Engineering, CAD, or a related discipline.
- 10–15+ years of engineering design and 3D model administration experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- At least 5 years in a senior 3D modeling or application engineering role.
- Extensive experience with offshore EPC projects, brownfield modifications, and multidisciplinary model coordination.
- Experience administering AVEVA E3D, AVEVA PDMS, SmartPlant 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Bentley OpenPlant, or equivalent platforms.
- Availability to work in Abu Dhabi, relocate to the Spain office during the project, and return to Abu Dhabi is required.
Nice to have
- Certification in AVEVA E3D, SP3D, or an equivalent 3D modeling application.
- Digital Engineering or BIM Management qualifications.
- ADNOC Offshore or Middle East project experience.
- Experience with offshore facilities, water injection projects, digital twins, and asset information management.
- Power BI experience.
