Senior C# Developer (.NET): Building and evolving modern software platforms for global telecoms solutions using .NET technologies and a microservices architecture with an accent on API integration, production-ready code, and technical quality. Focus on designing services, managing NuGet packages, solving technical issues, contributing to architecture, and developing toward team leadership.
Location: Full-time onsite at Campus, Crewe, England, United Kingdom

What you will do
- Design and develop new features within a modern microservices architecture.
- Build, integrate, and consume services through external APIs.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications and manage internal NuGet packages.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while contributing to architectural discussions and technical direction.
- Shadow the current C# Team Lead, gradually taking responsibility for task planning, estimation, assignment, delivery, and people leadership.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of commercial C#/.NET development experience.
- Experience with .NET 6+ Web APIs and a solid understanding of microservices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Good knowledge of relational databases, such as SQL Server.
- Experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework or Dapper, plus frontend experience with Angular or another popular framework.
- Proactive approach with an interest in mentoring, ownership, and leadership.
