What you will do

• Deliver new features and functionality using modern .NET tools and techniques.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle from code to production, including deployment and monitoring.
• Design and maintain scalable microservices architectures and event-driven systems.
• Act as a coach and mentor to less experienced engineers through pair programming and technical guidance.
• Identify and remove technical blockers, time sinks, and waste to improve team velocity.
• Contribute significantly to technical decision-making and architectural improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with C# and the latest .NET features.
• Strong experience building and operating microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability challenges, and observability practices.
• Experience with identity and authentication systems like OAuth2 or OpenID Connect.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging patterns and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with New Relic and ELK stack.
