Vice President, Liquid Credit - Investments

Salary: $275,000–$325,000 base salary, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Develop and implement alpha-oriented credit strategies across U.S. investment-grade and high-yield corporate bond markets.
• Generate investment ideas through fundamental, capital structure, and relative value analysis.
• Lead trade execution across primary and secondary credit markets.
• Drive portfolio positioning, risk management, and performance attribution for a $60bn+ liquid credit portfolio.
• Maintain trading relationships with broker-dealers and investment banks to support market access, liquidity, and information flow.
• Collaborate with the Public Securities Group on credit views, exposure surveillance, and asset deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate credit investing, trading, or portfolio management.
• Deep experience trading and investing across U.S. liquid corporate bond markets, including investment-grade and/or high-yield credit.
• Demonstrated ability to generate alpha through active credit strategies.
• Strong credit underwriting, valuation, relative value analysis, portfolio construction, and risk management skills.
• Experience managing relationships with broker-dealers and investment banks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, financial modeling, investment judgment, and accountability skills.
